Beginning at the gym can be intimidating, but we're here to help! Learn how to properly use all fitness equipment, how to structure and vary your workouts, an introduction to proper nutrition, and guidance on your next steps in your fitness journey.

Four 30-minute individual sessions/$30
Four 30-minute partner training sessions/$50
(only 2 clients per partner training)
*Payment must be made in full to the trainer prior to the first session.

Our members have access to lockers and showers, a fully stocked snack bar with supplements and bars, free wifi, indoor walking track, and stretching room.
